1.Double-head structure enables great improvement, optimising the cycle times of the marking process, by simultaneously marking the upper surface and the side surface of the liner; 2.The whole marking and engraving system is completely made of welded, stretched and milled steel. This makes it possible to produce long-lasting structures, and guarantees great precision in the laser marking process, even in the event of accidental impacts or unnoticed shifts of the marker; 3.Axis Y with laser head rotated at 90 degree for marking liner side surface. Axis Z (stroke 700mm) makes it possible to mark very high liners. Axis X (stroke 200mm) makes it possible to focus on liners with a diameter of between 33mm and 118mm; 4.The marking template is equipped with two sensors that allow the software to detect the liners and automatically start to mark, no extra operations, improving working efficiency. And Only when two sensors detect the product together, the marking process will start; 5.Customized QR code encryption software specialized in automobile part industry is developed based on client’s requirements and can upgrade free for life, with unique mistake proofing technology, avoiding repeat and missing marking, ensuring marking quality. And our software can interface with customer database and cataloguing the internal production information.
